The Onboard Revenue Specialist’s primary responsibilities will be to insure the success of MTN’s Onboard Revenue products and services and to run the day to day cruise line operations. This position will hire, prepare, train and oversee new and existing Internet Café Managers. This position will also maintain relationships with shipboard personnel.
Under the general guidance of the Director of Network Engineering, the Sr. Network Engineer manages and directs the day to day activities of the Network Engineering Department. These activities include the design, documentation and support of MTN’s IP network and its related services as well as the development & documentation of network related products and standards to be deployed on the MTN network.
The Software Developer II reviews, analyzes, designs, modifies, develops and implements software-programming applications and software products. The Developer writes code and complete programming and testing of applications. Designs, develops and implements MySQL databases for strategic business units. Meets with User areas to compile and write Functional Specifications documents. Converts project specifications and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into specific computer languages.

Manages the daily operation of MTN-TV. This includes maintaining schedules, logs, and accounting for all programming. Oversees remotely the Operations group in Holmdel to include the scheduling of the Ops Tech Team. Provides administrative support to the Sr. Managers on the MTN-TV Broadcast Consultant team. Liaison for MTN-TV with all internal partners at MTN.
Under the general guidance of Vice President of SE & Account Management, the Sales Engineer provides technical sales support, expertise and advice regarding MTN services/products and system integration.The Sales Engineer responds to customer and sales inquiries, including RFI/RFQ/RFPs. In addition, the Sales Engineer manages sales leads/projects and serves as project manager until a contract is signed and handed over to operations for implementation. The Sales Engineer is also responsible for identifying new procedures in order to streamline the sales process.
Responsible for moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate accounts payable system. This position assists in many capacities in various accounting areas, with strong emphasis on accounts payable and Great Plains.
The Training Manager will develop a program for both technical and non-technical personnel within MTN and for MTN’s customers, resellers and agents. The Training Manager will develop course curriculum for employees and customers; working with both groups to develop courses designed to meet specific technical needs of the department. The Training manager will also be responsible for scheduling of courses, publishing class schedules and maintain training documents including student certifications and skills matrix.
