Under the general guidance of Senior Product Engineer, the Sales Engineer provides technical sales support, expertise and advice regarding MTN services/products and system integration.The Sales Engineer responds to customer and sales inquiries, including RFI/RFQ/RFPs.  In addition, the Sales Engineer manages sales leads/projects and serves as project manager until a contract is signed and handed over to operations for implementation. The Sales Engineer is also responsible for identifying new procedures in order to streamline the sales process.
